CRS presented at Panel on Transport regarding PTSS - Taxis service [July 2015]

CRS Chairman Julian Kwong presented at the special meeting of Legco''s Panel on Transport on 7th July 2015 urging Government to address road safety in the Public Transport Strategy Study (PTSS). CRS considers that road safety is a core topic of public interest and should be an integral component of the PTSS. Public transport including taxi service should aim for a high standard of road safety for passengers, drivers and other road users.
