    Proposed Traffic Calming Scheme in the Lyttelton Road Residential Area [Jun 2014] 
     

    Following the fatal traffic accident happened at Lyttelton Road on 17 April 2014, CRS was commissioned by local residents in the area to undertake a brief study on existing traffic conditions. A low-cost scheme was recommended on the basis of current practices and traffic law in Hong Kong as well as international best practices.
