    CRS Chairman presented at Child Safety Conference  [12 Feb 2012] 
     

    This conference was organized by the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine of HKU at the Centre for Health Promotion on 11 February 2012. As an invited speaker, Julian Kwong gave a presentation with the title “Traffic Calming : Towards an Ambitious Target to Protect Children and Vulnerable Road-users”. Julian stressed the importance for lower speed limits on urban streets in the city to protect pedestrians including children.
